1. Check if the magnetic limit switch is properly connected.
2. Make sure the center line of limit switch aligns two magnets.
3. Use two jumper wires to short circuit terminal 3 & 4 & 5 at the same time. (Use one jumper wire to connect terminal 3 and terminal 4,the other jumper wire to connect  terminal 4 and terminal 5).Press the key on the remote. The gate will move in both directions. Remove the jumper wires and the moving gate will stop immediately. In this situation, the limit switch should be repaired or replaced. The sensor in limit switch may be incorrectly installed. Please turn over the magnets by 180 degree or exchange the two magnets position.

Plug off the power firstly. Open the clutch device by the emergency key, and then push the gate by hand to keep the center of the gate matching the opener position. 
The magnetic switch couldn’t be sensed when the gate opener is located in the central of gate before power on.

The opener couldn’t re-start as soon as the magnetic limit switch has been sensed. Please make sure the magnetic steel components are not on the gate opener position before machine is plug into power.

Increase the stall force in control board to meet the need to move the gate. Clean up the ice mass or snow on the track and gate parts.

Check the batteries are exhausted, Replace batteries if necessary.
